Q. I have an issue during off-hours. What should I do?
A. PeriShip’s team and systems are monitoring your shipments around the clock. You can log onto your PeriShip customer portal 24/7 to track packages and take advantage of the available tools and resources. You can contact a live support person by phone Mondays (8am to 7pm), Tuesday through Friday (8am to 8pm), Saturday (8am to 5pm) – all eastern times. If an emergency occurs when our live support team is unavailable, please send an email and we will manage the issue as soon as possible.

Q. Are there additional PeriShip’s services that benefit my business?
A. In addition to taking over the management of your daily express shipping activities, PeriShip provides extended customer service support. Our portal offers full search capabilities for every package you ship using your PeriShip-provided account number. We offer a variety of service reports to track on-time performance, and can provide package details for services you have used. Other reports are also available to help you control costs and improve forecast capabilities.

With the PeriShip price calculator, you can accurately estimate your shipping costs before shipping. In addition, we provide you with a supply of specially designed pressure-sensitive labels that, once applied to your box, provide an enhanced level of visibility to the carrier while your shipment is in transit.

Q. How detailed is the shipping info provided by PeriShip?
A. As a PeriShip client, you may access your account information on our portal, including delivery forecasting, real-time package information, one-click account analytics, e-commerce consulting, and your account history. These tools enable us to manage your shipments so you can focus on your core business operations. This information provides both of us with insights that will help us work together more efficiently and effectively.

Our industry-specific knowledge and technology allow us to monitor your shipments as they progress through the network. PeriShip personnel will make suggestions when abnormalities in transit are present. The information available on the PeriShip customer portal allows you to have package-specific data available at the click of a mouse, including predicted transit time and current package status.
