Each morning, our customers receive a personalized email detailing the status of their shipments. This email outlines packages that are flowing in a normal fashion and highlights shipments that may have an issue. We monitor and analyze updates throughout the day and keep you informed as we intervene. If issues arise that cannot be resolved, we will provide updates as early as possible so you and your customers can find alternative options. We continue to take every action possible to aid in on-time delivery. Each evening, our customers receive a recap of the status of all shipments including all delivery exceptions and any actions taken to intervene.

When a product delivery does not go according to plan, we have you covered. We intervene as often as needed to make sure your shipments reach their destination promptly and safely. Our customer portal and service team keep you informed throughout the journey with real-time tracking and updates.
